Pernas v. Poggi
983 So. 2d 1195, 2008 Fla. App. LEXIS 5523, 2008 WL 1734125
Opinions
This is an appeal from an order granting the appellee’s motion to vacate a previously entered final judgment. We conclude that the trial court did not abuse its discretion. See Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.540(b); Viets v. Am. Recruiters Enters., Inc., 922 So.2d 1090 (Fla. 4th DCA 2006); Paul v. Paul, 807 So.2d 191 (Fla. 3d DCA 2002), review dismissed, 865 So.2d 1277 (Fla.2004).
Affirmed.
SUAREZ, J., and SCHWARTZ, Senior Judge, concur.
