Opinion
Motion to amend remittitur to conform to the mandate of the Supreme Court of the United States granted. Return of remit-titur requested and, when returned, it will be amended to read as follows: Judgment reversed and a new trial ordered, at which trial all evidence of defendant’s confession shall be excluded (Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U. S. 436, 493-494 [revg. 15 N Y 2d 970, 16 N Y 2d 614]).
