Motion by appellant to dispense with printing and for assignment of counsel on appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered March 27, 1968 which denied his motion for removal under title 28 U. S. C. 443 which was before the Supreme Court, Kings County” decided by Mr. Justice Damiani. Motion denied, on the ground that the order sought to be reviewed, is not appealable. Rabin, Acting P. J., Hopkins, Benjamin, Munder and Martuscello, JJ., concur.
