Opinion

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Cacciabaudo, J.), rendered September 18, 1996, convicting him of attempted burglary in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed (see, People v Montello [Jason], 247 AD2d 636 [decidedherewith]).
