Opinion

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Starkey, J.), rendered May 15,1981, convicting him of burglary in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. The plea of guilty by defendant constituted a waiver of all nonjurisdictional defects. We find no merit to defendant’s other contentions. Mollen, P. J., Weinstein, Rubin and Boyers, JJ., concur.
