Opinion

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Friedmann, J.), rendered May 13, 1985, convicting him of attempted burglary in the third degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and possession of burglar’s tools, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the appeal is dismissed as abandoned. Mollen, P. J., Thompson, Kunzeman and Spatt, JJ., concur.
