Motion for assignment of counsel to prosecute defendant’s motion for reargument granted to the extent that the court requests John B. Corcoran, Esq., Walbridge Building, Buffalo, New York, heretofore assigned by this court to prosecute defendant’s appeal, to submit to this court such papers or statements he may deem advisable in relation to this present motion in addition to those papers submitted thereon by defendant pro se. [See 10 N Y 2d 765.]
