Opinion

Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Renee A. White, J.), rendered January 30, 2007, convicting defendánt, upon his plea of guilty, of rape in the first degree, and sentencing him to a term of 10 to 20 years, unanimously affirmed.

We perceive no basis for reducing the sentence. The surcharges and fees were properly imposed (see People v Guerrero, 12 NY3d 45 [2009]). Concur—Andrias, J.P., Sweeny, Nardelli, Richter and Abdus-Salaam, JJ.
