Opinion

The evidence sustains the finding of the board of standards and appeals that the use in question was a saw or planing mill within the meaning of the zoning resolution. (Matter of Gillespie, Inc., v. Olena, 258 N. Y. 535; Red Hook Cold Storage Co. v. Department of Labor of State of New York, 295 N. Y. 1.) Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Sneed, JJ., concur.
