Motion for an order staying and enjoining respondent from pursuing proceedings for adoption of an infant in the State of Connecticut pending the hearing and determination of the appeal from an order of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the first judicial department, dated March 14, 1956, dismissing a writ of habeas corpus granted at Special Term, New York County. Motion granted.
