On Confession of Error

PER CURIAM.

Pilar Pefaur appeals an order dated April 19, 1995, requiring the deposit of proceeds from the sale of a house into the registry of the court. Appellee Hector Pefaur confesses error. The order is therefore reversed and the case remanded for further proceedings.

Reversed and remanded.
