Pearson v. Simms

88 F. App'x 639
Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit·Decided February 26, 2004·No. 04-6018·Unpublished·Cited by 22 cases

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Demetric Gray Pearson appeals the district court’s order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the rea *640 soning of the district court. See Pearson v. Simms, No. CA-02-3647-8-RDB (D. Md. filed Dec. 11, 2003 & entered Dec. 12, 2003). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
