CHOTHIA, et al., (ECF No. 97) Defendants. On February 9, 2022, the parties filed a stipulation to dismiss this entire action with
rejudice. (ECF No. 97.) In light of the stipulation, the case has ended and is dismissed with rejudice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A); Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th ir. 1997). Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to close this case. However, the Court retains jurisdiction over the litigation to enforce the terms of the parties’ settlement agreement. 94 [T IS SO ORDERED.
