In an action to recover the unpaid balance of a demand note indebtedness, order denying plaintiff’s motion to include additional papers in the case on appeal, insofar as appeal is taken, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Sneed, JJ., concur.
