Opinion

The Matter of the plaintiff’s Bill and the Defendants Demurrer in the Defendants Answer put in thereunto being this day heard and debated before this Court in the presence of Counsel learned in the Law on both sides It appeared that the plaintiff’s Bill did contain sufficient matter of Equity for the said Defendants to make answer unto.

Wherefore this Court doth overrule the said Demurrer.
