Opinions

O’NIELL, C. J.

This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing appellant’s suit on an exception of no cause of action. The issues in the case are the same that were decided to-day in the case of William Harry Talbot v. Louisi *931 ana Highway Commission et al. (No. 27304) ante, p. 909, 106 So. 377. For the reasons given in that case

The judgment is affirmed.

LAND and BRUNOT, JJ., dissent.
