Opinion
Transportation of jeeps. This case was originally decided May 6, 1952 (122 C. Cls. 420), and judgment was entered on June 8, 1954 (128 C. Cls. 779). On October 18, 1954, this judgment was vacated and the case was referred to the commissioner for further proceedings. On the memorandum report of the commissioner stating that the parties had filed a stipulation as to the amount due plaintiff, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered for $6,389.42.
