Opinion
This appeal presents a single point which has been previously decided by two of our sister Courts of Appeal. We have determined that the point is governed by the law as set forth in Sellers v. Government Employees Insurance Co., Fla.App.1968, 214 So.2d 879. Counsel for the parties have also cited Ringenberger v. General Accident F. & L. Assur. Corp., Fla.App.1968, 214 So.2d 376, which we are informed may be in conflict with this decision.
Affirmed.
