ON CONFESSION OF ERROR

Upon appropriate confessions of error by the respondents, the petition of the Mother, M.M., for certiorari is granted. The “Order on Guardian Ad Litem’s Motion to Compel the Testimony of [M.M.]” dated October 18, 2010, is quashed.
