WRITS DENIED: This Court will not exercise its supervisory jurisdiction save in cases where there is palpable error in the ruling complained of,- and then only if ir[224]*224reparable injury will ensue. No such showing being made, the application is denied.

MILLER, J., dissents and will hand down written reasons. SAVOY, J., is of the opinion that a writ should be granted.
