MORROW, Presiding Judge.

The unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale is the offense; penalty assessed at conlinement in the penitentiary for two years.

Upon the written request of the appellant, duly verified by her affidavit, the appeal is dismissed.
