Opinion

THOMPSON, Judge.

We affirm Eugene Meier’s habitual offender sentence on the authority of State v. Blackwell, 20 Fla.L.Weekly S354 — So.2d —[1995 WL 424180] (Fla. July 20, 1995); however, we strike the assessment to First Step of Volusia County, Inc. See Tibero v. State, 646 So.2d 213 (Fla. 5th DCA 1994) (en banc).

AFFIRMED AS MODIFIED.

DAUKSCH and W. SHARP, JJ., concur.
