Upon Motion made to this Court by Mr. Moultrie of Counsel for the Complainants for Confirming the Decree of this Court in this Cause made the 17th Instant The said Decree drawn up in form was now read; Whereupon and hearing what was alledged by the Complainants Counsel, The Counsel for the Defendant Thomas Lloyd not attending, It is Ordered that the said Decree be Confirmed and made absolute.
