Opinion

Upon reading the humble Petition of Mary Lloyd one of the Defendants in this Cause, Wife of the Defendant Thomas Lloyd, and on hearing of Mr. Leigh on behalf of the Petitioner on the reasons in her said Petition set forth, It is Ordered, That the Petitioner be at liberty to put in her Seperate Answer to the said Complainants Bill without her Husband, pursuant to the prayer of her said Petition.
