Pee. Curiam.

"We tMnk the penalty imposed on a plaintiff for not entering satisfaction on a judgment under the Act of April 13th, 1791 requires the notice to be given to Mm. A request to the attorney who was employed in obtaining the judgment is not sufficient. We therefore concur with the opinion of the learned judge in refusing to take off the non-suit.

Judgment affirmed.
