DECISION
PER CURIAM.
Petitioner, Margaret L. Elder, appeals the final decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board sustaining the Office of Personnel Management's refusal to allow the petitioner to transfer from the Civil Service Retirement System to the Federal Employees Retirement System after the close of the statutory transfer period. Elder v. Office of Personnel Management, No. SF08318910112 (MSPB April 26, 1991). In view of our holding in Barnes, et al. v. Office of Personnel Management, 980 F.2d 708 (Fed.Cir.1992), which is indistinguishable from this case, we are required to affirm.
