For the reasons set forth in the companion case hereto, Wyatt v. Avoyelles Parish School Board, 01-531 (La.App. 3 Cir. 10/31/01); 799 So.2d 1197, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed as amended.

AFFIRMED AS AMENDED.
