ORDER

The foregoing petition, the premises, and the law considered:

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED

That Lonyard Reynoyld Hines be allowed to surrender his license to practice law; that the name of Lonyard Reynoyld Hines be stricken from the Roll of Attorneys and that Lonyard Reynoyld Hines be and he hereby is disbarred on his consent, Lonyard Reynoyld Hines to bear the costs of these proceedings.
