ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S EX PARTE APPLICATION FOR ENTRY OF TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER AND SETTING HEARING ON MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION

THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon Plaintiff’s Ex Parte Application for Entry of Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction ECF No. [6] (the “Application for Temporary Restraining Order”). The Court has carefully considered the Application for Temporary Restraining Order, the record in this case, and the applicable law, and is otherwise fully advised. By the instant Application, Plaintiff, Louis Vuitton Malletier, moves, ex parte, pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1116 and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65 and The All Writs Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1651(a), for entry of a temporary restraining order against Defendants,1 and upon expiration of the temporary restraining order, a preliminary injunction against Defendants, for alleged violations of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1114 and 1125(a) and (d). Because Plaintiff has satisfied the
