On Motion of Mr. Charles Cotesworth Pinckney Sollicitor for the Complainant Ordered that a Sequestration do issue against the Defendant Donaldson, the Serjeant at Arms having returned Non Est Inventus upon the Order for apprehending and bringing said Defendant Donaldson to the Barr of this Court.
