Opinion

On Motion of Mr. Charles Cotesworth Pinckney Solicitor for the Complainant on reading the Affidavit of the said Charles Cotesworth Pinckney [586]*586of the Service of the Rule to answer. And also on reading the Certificate of the Register that John Donaldson one of the Defendants has not as yet answered the Bill filed in this Cause It is Ordered that an Attachment do forthwith issue against said John Donaldson for not answering Complainants said Bill.
