The note and mortgage in this case being identical with the note and mortgage in La.App., 127 So.2d 44, except for the amount, for the reasons assigned this day-in said latter numbered case, the rule is made absolute and the District Judge of the Nineteenth Judicial District Court is ordered and directed to issue a preliminary injunction arresting the order of seizure and sale.
