Opinion

Pbr Curiam,

This is an action of ejectment where the verdict favored the plaintiff, but the common pleas entered judgment n. o. v. for defendant; on appeal, the Superior Court reversed and ordered judgment for plaintiff. After examining the record and considering the arguments of counsel, we are not convinced of error, and affirm on the opinion of the last’-mentioned tribunal.

The judgment of the Superior Court is affirmed.
