PER CURIAM.

We affirm the trial court’s order granting a temporary injunction in favor of Bull Run Country Club, Inc. We write solely to note that our decision and the trial court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law, in granting the temporary injunction, will not be binding at a trial on the merits. See Ladner v. Plaza Del Prado Condo. Ass’n, 423 So.2d 927, 929 (Fla. 3d DCA 1983).
