In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise covered by the foregoing protests consists of aerators in chief value of brass similar in all material respects to those the subject of Globe Importing Company v. United States (47 Cust. Ct. 248, Abstract 65882), the claim of the plaintiffs was sustained.
