Order reversed upon the law, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs. The taking of an X-ray photograph is not authorized by the statute. (Van Orden v. Madow, 207 App. Div. 827.) Lazansky, P. J., Rich, Young, Seeger and Seudder, JJ., concur.
