Opinion

Following the opinion of the court dated April 13, 1973, reported at 201 Ct. Cl. 344, and remand to the trial judge, on August 1, 1975, the court issued an order entering judgment for plaintiff for $2,687,000 consonant with a stipulation of settlement between the parties. The court also dismissed with prejudice defendant’s offset or counterclaim.
