Reargument ordered during the first week of the next session of the Court of Appeals. The court desires to hear argument, and will receive briefs, on the question whether the making of a compensation award to plaintiff operated as an assignment of any third-party cause of action plaintiff may have had or whether an assignment is effected only upon payment of compensation (Workmen’s Compensation Law, § 29.)
