Opinion

Pursuant to a stipulation of the parties and on the basis of the decisions of this court in Byrnes, et al. v. United States, 163 Ct. Cl. 167, 324 F. 2d 966 (1963), 330 F. 2d 986 (1964), and Fix, et al. v. United States, 177 Ct. Cl. 369, 368 F. 2d 609 (1966), the court on March 11, 1968, ordered that judgment be entered for plaintiff in the sum of $2,397.25.
