Opinion

LOTTINGER, Judge.

This suit was originally consolidated for purposes of trial below as well as in this Court on appeal with Suit entitled Jones v. Murray and Allstate Insurance Company, 250 So.2d 481. We treated both cases in our opinion this day rendered in Suit No. 8401 and for the reasons therein assigned, the judgment of the Lower Court will be affirmed, all costs of this appeal to be paid by petitioner.

Judgment affirmed.
