Opinion
For the reasons set forth in the companion case of J.C. Jennings v. Gloria Jennings Tedder Glodsby, 480 So.2d 354 (La. App. 3d Cir.1985), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in part, reversed in part, and rendered. All costs of this appeal are taxed one-half to the appellant and one-half to the appellee.
AFFIRMED IN PART, REVERSED IN PART, AND RENDERED.
