Respondent’s petition for reinstatement is granted, effective immediately upon issuance of this order. Respondent’s petition for reinstatement is unnecessary. LSBA v. Murphy White, 568 So.2d 1070 rehearing denied, 571 So.2d 661 (La.1990). The Board is ordered to refund respondent his application fee.
