Respondent is suspended from practice as an attorney and counselor at law in the State of New York effective February 2, 1984, until the completion by the petitioner of its investigation of the charges presently pending against respondent, and until the further order of this court. Concur — Sullivan, J. P., Asch, Silverman, Bloom and Kassal, JJ.
