Opinion

• By the Court.

— The former Road Acts are repealed. We have looked into the late Road Act, passed the last Session, and are of opinion, that this Courtis not authorised

by that act, to appoint Chosen Freeholders. The return is to be made to the Common Pleas. Bloom. 241.

Mr. Kinsey took nothing by his motion.
