Opinion

ORDER

Considering the foregoing Joint Petition for Interim Suspension:

IT IS ORDERED that respondent, Richard A. Cuccia, attorney at law, be and hereby is placed on interim suspension from the practice of law, said suspension to be effective five (5) days from the date of this order, and to remain in effect pending further orders of this court.
