Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The sentence of the trial court is modified to reduce the term of probation from three years to two years. See Holmes v. State, 843 So.2d 632 (Fla. 4th DCA 1977) and Heatherly v. State, 343 So.2d 54 (Fla. 4th DCA 1977). In all other respects the judgment and sentence of the trial court is affirmed. See Castle v. State, 330 So.2d 10 (Fla.1976) and Article 10, Section 9, Florida Constitution.

Affirmed as modified.
