In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise consists of 2-piece lumber similar in all material respects to that the subject of B. A. McKenzie & Co., Inc. v. United States (39 Cust. Ct. 52, C. D. 1903), the claim of the plaintiffs was sustained.
