The bill of exceptions, not having been certified by the chief judge of the municipal court of Atlanta, as prescribed by the act creating that court, the writ of error must be dismissed. Ripley v. Buchanan, 17 Ga. App. 383 (87 S. E. 156); Williams v. Jackson, 17 Ga. App. 712 (88 S. E. 213). Writ of error dismissed.
