Opinion

Broyles, C. J.

The facts set forth in the untraversed answer of the trial judge to the petition for certiorari show that the venue of the offense was proved and that the, verdict was amply authorized by the evidence. The overruling of the certiorari was not error.

Judgment affirmed.
