PER CURIAM.

AFFIRMED;¹ however, we remand for correction of the offense statute number contained on the judgment to show the actual crime for which the appellant was convicted and sentenced.

1 . As to appellant’s point II, we note State v. McGriff, 537 So.2d 107 (Fla.1989). Section 921. 001(5), Florida Statutes (1987) is controlling as it was enacted prior to the date of the within crime.
